This estuary is a cherished project for many Edmonds citizens. Bird watchers flock here as well as plein air painters. Follow their lead to capture the rich colors and textures from multiple shaded decks along the north side of the marsh.
All levels of artists are encouraged and welcome to attend. Bring a sketchbook and your favorite drawing supplies.

Melissa Johnson finds joy in exploring her artistic side working in watercolor, acrylic and mixed media collage. After a long career in critical care nursing, she has been going out sketching with the Edmonds Sketchers group since its inception and also enjoys volunteering at Graphite Arts Center in Edmonds.
