Cityscape View from Plaza above Library. This is the best vista overlooking downtown across to the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Whether you are using pencil, marker or watercolor, Tracy will give you a few options to achieve aerial perspective for a dynamic sketch.

All levels of artists are encouraged and welcome to attend. Bring a sketchbook and your favorite drawing supplies.

Directions: Meet at the entrance to Edmonds Library at 650 Main Street. The Plaza can be reached by stairs and elevator. Parking is available in the Library parking lot.

Artist Guide

Tracy Felix is co-owner of ARTspot, Edmonds local art store, and founder of Edmonds Sketchers. She is an activist in the Edmonds art community, with an inclination to launch new organizations. When asked to start a sketching column for the Edmonds Beacon, she began inviting artists to join her and has since become an avid sketcher. Check out her work on display at Cafe Louvre during the month of July.
