What to know before Sketcher Fest tickets go on sale March 23 at 11 a.m. PDT

A group of workshop participants at Sketcher Fest 2023

March 21, 2024

Greetings from Edmonds!

We’ve been thrilled with the enthusiastic response to our programming announcement.

Tickets to our signature event, the Sunday Sketchbook Fair and Art Market at the Edmonds Waterfront Center, went on sale Feb. 29 at a reduced price of $15 and are still available. Tickets to the Opening Reception, which also went on sale Feb. 29, have already sold out.

Tickets for the rest of our event programming go on sale this Saturday, March 23, at 11 a.m. PDT. This includes:

  • Workshops ($140). Each workshop is limited to 15 participants.
  • Talk and Learns ($75). Each Talk & Learn is limited to 10 participants.
  • Sketch Tours ($25). Each Sketch Tour is limited to 25 participants.
  • Artists Roundtable and Drink & Draw hosted by Graphite Arts Center ($15). Limited number of tickets due to venue capacity.

IMPORTANT!

Workshops, Talk & Learns and Sketch Tours run concurrently during each time block. This means you will only be able to attend one event on Friday afternoon, one on Saturday morning and one on Saturday afternoon.

Please take a very close look at our color-coded programming schedule before purchasing your tickets so you don’t double-book yourself.

Here’s other important information regarding ticket sales:

  • Where do I purchase Sketcher Fest tickets? Tickets are sold here on our website at sketcherfest.com. At 11 a.m. PDT this Saturday, March 23, “add to cart” buttons will become active on every event after the countdown goes to zero and you refresh your browser. The “add to cart” button will look like the one you can already see for the Sketchbook Fair & Art Market.
  • What if I refresh my browser but can’t see the add to cart button? If this happens, you may need to clear your web browser cache. (See instructions for Chrome and Safari.)
  • How will I receive my tickets? Tickets are sent out automatically via email after you place your order. Please allow a few minutes until they reach your inbox. Not in your inbox? Please check your spam folder.
  • What if I accidentally delete my tickets from my email? If you happen to misplace your tickets, email us at info@sketcherfest.com and provide your name and email so we can track down your order and resend them.
  • Do I need to create an account on the Sketcher Fest website to purchase tickets? It is not necessary to create an account on our website to purchase tickets, but there are advantages if you do: You can access your tickets any time from your account dashboard, and you can save your billing and payment method information.
  • I created an account but can’t log in. What should I do? If you can’t log in to the account you created, click on “Lost my password” to request a password reset.
  • If I purchased tickets but can’t attend, could I get a refund? Sketcher Fest tickets are not refundable. However, they can be transferred to someone else simply by giving them your QR-enabled ticket.
  • Will I need to print my tickets to check into the event I purchased? At the time of your event in July, a Sketcher Fest volunteer will scan your QR-enabled ticket. Please have it ready on your phone screen or as a printout.

We have considerably expanded our programming and put additional resources into our website this year, but we can’t guarantee that every participant will be able to secure a spot in their desired event. If you don’t manage to book your preferred event, we hope you’ll consider other available offerings and certainly join us Sunday during the Sketchbook Fair & Art Market and free Community Sketch Walk.
